System Analyst / Team Lead

Desired Profile:

• Strong coding and debugging skills in Core Java, EJB, JSP, Swings, Adobe Flex, Ajax, BPM/Process Servers.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to quickly comprehend complex designs - Short learning curve and ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
• Experience in Object-Oriented Analysis & Design (Rational Tools, UML) would be an added advantage.
• Good exposure to JSF, Web Portals, XML, XSL, XSLT, XPATH, XQUERY and Web Services.
• Knowledge of HTML, DHTML, JavaScript and Style sheets.
• Knowledge of build process using Ant/Maven.
• Should have knowledge of at least one application server like Weblogic, WebSphere or JBoss.
• Should have exposure on using Eclipse/WID/IntelliJ Idea as IDE.
• Knowledge of Velocity, Free Marker and Template processing will be added advantage.
• Knowledge of Borland Tools like DefineIT, DefineRM will be added advantage.
• Ability to code, refactor and modify complex code of enterprise solution applications.
• Produce high quality deliverables and show high productivity consistently.
• Self-motivated, proactive, initiative to learn and show high levels of creativity.
• Strong team player high on commitment & potential.

Experience:
At least 7 yrs of experience strictly in above technologies.
